John B. Collins, III
Vice President
John comes to us from a 3rd generation Air Force family. He was born in Toul Rosieres France and lived in Madrid Spain until he was 12 years old. He attended school in the Santa Barbara County area. He entered the Air Force at 18 years old and developed a deep appreciation for Nondestructive Testing in the aircraft Inspection field. With encouragement from his family and friends and his passion for the military, this was a natural fit.
John knows that no single approach is the right one for every individual, so after retiring from the Air Force as a Senior Non Commission Officer he moved on to a range of modalities including project management in northern California refineries and Nondestructive Engineering and operations management with Aerojet Rocketdyne in Sacramento.
His educational background includes studies in professional military education and currently holds numerous certifications in Advanced Non Destructive Testing methods.
John has always enjoyed helping in the community, from Air Force charities to serving as Board Vice President of Pure Youth, a non-profit organization that assists underprivileged youth in Solano and surrounding counties. During his tenure as Board Vice President of Pure Youth, John coordinated and managed the drama production of 11 plays in Northern California and raised over $26,000.00. In his personal time, John is a devoted husband and father of three. His hobbies include salt water aquariums, photography, golf and he can’t resist a great game of chess!

Kristina Duckworth-Bailey
Owner/Operator, CFO
Kristina is a Goleta native born & raised. She graduated from Dos Pueblos High School, attended Santa Barbara City College, as well as the Cosmetology Academy. She currently runs the very popular and growing Thomas Towing Inc. in Santa Barbara County, California. Prior to owning Thomas Towing Inc. she started her career as a teenager at the company. Last year she made the brave decision, alongside her late co-worker and friend Santiago Perez, to purchase the business. Just 3 short months later, after a tragic accident, she lost her partner and friend. The loss was sudden, but she continues to execute the dreams for Thomas Towing Inc. that they both had and has stepped up to lead on her own, garnering the love and respect of the Santa Barbara community.
She is one of the very few female tow company owner/operators and is rapidly growing the business and expanding their fleet of trucks and services offered. She leads by example of hard work, dedication and creating outstanding customer experiences.
Outside of work she is a dedicated full-time single mother to her son Dresden. You will often find her cheering on her son at one of his football or basketball games, volunteering as a team mom, bringing snacks for the team, or helping fundraise for many causes.
Kristina loves an adventure, a great road trip and meeting new people. She highly values making new friends that often start as clients and providing a positive image to other woman and to the community.
